Since joining the US-China Cultural and Arts Exchange Association in 1999, he has been committed to establishing the association's social values ​​and making it an experienced and trustworthy organization.

Mr. Crossley had been as the Chair of Performing Arts Series in Brigham Young University where he served as the producer for 30 years. He joined Sino-American Culture & Performance Exchange Association since 1999 with the vision and drive to improve upon our Arts Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.

Mr. Zhang is a highly influential artist and cultural entrepreneur who studied at Nanjing University of the Arts and the Jan van Eyck Academy of Fine Arts in the Netherlands. Since 2000, he has established extensive connections with the cultural circles of Europe and America. He is a core planner of the association's Yangtze River Delta strategy and a key promoter of the "Greater Earth Stage" project.

An influential artist and cultural entrepreneur, Mr. Zhang studied at the Nanjing University of the Arts and the Jan Van Eyck Art Academy in the Netherlands. Since 2000, he has fostered extensive ties with European and American cultural sectors. He is the core architect behind the Association's Yangtze River Delta strategy and a key driver of the “Grand Earth Stage” initiative..
